Red Pepper Hummus
1 can Garbanzos, rinsed
1/4 C tahini
1-2 jarred, roasted red peppers
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 C EVOO
Process everything and then add EVOO slowly until you get to a consistency you like. Taste test for salt. Refrigerate.
